At Fresh Parts, we stand behind the quality of our components and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals and hardware, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central distribution warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement part within 3-5 business days.
